SAVING Hendo..... PRE season 18/19...
they are coming home,,,,to Melwood for pre-season training.... Hendo being subbed means that he (apparently) has not finished on the losing side for england in 30 games,?? ... ok more important, skipper, is to transfer that hunger for a trophy to our club... he should have lifted the european Champions (league) trophy on 26th may...needs a rest and then join the squad ,,,for ... I didnt really "support" either team in the semis wednesday night... but didnt want Hendo to get hurt or defeated.,...so I will post this pic only..for Hendo..save him for the REdS
word cup '18 .. ANAL-ysis https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZDMmpadOng too many england fans suffer from a similar dellusion as some Lfc fans, due to the absence of trophies , getting to a semi final is made to seem "succesful" ... (in our case 4th and reaching finals , is used by the "politically correct brigade" to justify promoting contentment ...?
"they are going home, they're going home (again) engl - ur lund is going home" ... Croatia looked and played like they wanted it more, and as soon as Hendo was off that was the end of any reason to wish the all-white sh*te luck...
Dejan was kicking mancs and spurs players all night... great! when you think what the english govt done to Liverpool people , the 96 and our club , so much bias and political oppression against REd broS & sisters..and the way their london and manc fans sing "sign on" and mock the Hillsborough memorial etc why the feck should i care about the englanders?
( when I was a little kid i didn't mind cockney class capt Bobby Moore's picture everywhere after lifting the world cup "66. .BUT really could you stomach pics of "Arry Kane" lifting the trophy....??? despite the hype... its also VERY nice to see the english government collapsing,.. maybe I can talk with embassy people again? ha ha ha when Labour takes over...https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2018/jul/09/england-team-world-on-side-political-turmoil-world-cup

GK...!!!!!
...CS> in this situation its not just Lfc fans that who will expose his faults, everyone saw it , not only in Kiev but several times before, Tv pundits & the media will look for it, and anyway Lfc fans who give their all, and empty their pockets supporting the team all over europe and more.. have the right to express their dismay (preferable with dignity) ..., Juegen really can not expect this to go away easily and nor should you..its no good just repeating "in Klopp we trust" .......... we are not sheeple...are you??
(All people who are suggesting signings to Klopp and says our players are good enough needs to listen to none other than the man himself JURGEN KLOPP:
Jurgen Klopp when asked about Jack Butland in a press conference some time back:
“My favourite solution, always, is that we do it with our boys.
“They deliver, they improve. The problem they have is that everyone is watching them [through a magnifying glass] and saying ‘still not good enough’.
“I will only mention one name. Everyone talks about him with us and that is Butland. I only saw the game [against Manchester United on Monday]. Fantastic goalkeeper, but was he perfect? No. He wasn’t in that game. But everyone says ‘still better than our boys’.
“It makes no real sense if he comes in and makes a mistake in his first game. Everyone then says: ‘We need another and another one and another one.’ We have to cool down.
“It is not a case of ‘get somebody else’, it is get the right solution and the right solution is the one that we already have here.”) ?????https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/306671-match-report-liverpool-fc-tranmere
Tranmere 2 v ("Purple people eaters") Lfc 3
....the PR-opaganda machine at Lfctv "it was Tranmere who registered next, with Smith converting in the rebound after Ollie Norburn’s free-kick from range was "PARRIED" by Loris Karius. " ..JK is risking his own career with some extended "loyalty" towards Karius,,, but he has to answer to supporters if this goes pear-shaped (as it did with moreMO) ...again...
...JK ..must understand that half the world saw the Kiev game so Karius will have to be "perfect" to convince fans he is nt a liability.. I just hope Danny Ward can step up, seems a steady player, which is all I want , at least as GK! and even if Lfc fans say nothing ..the media will spot every error he makes.. so sorry , you will have to deal with this each time..
i80710
Ojo amongst others did well, but Karius makes JKs decisions look shaky again,, please stop stating "in Klopp we trust" when its clear his number 1 GK doesn't deserve that trust!???? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90TW6eP_VBo
chester 0- Lfc 7
Debuts for Naby & Fab...
goals; Harry, 2 Milly (pen) Kent, Studge 2 ....difficult to be impressed against chester, was a run out , no more than that, and Studge showed his class... if only...
i80706
(echo says Lfc need to fill "gaping hole" in midfield...)
please?... : "gaping hole" someone needs to apologise to Hendo & Milly Ox & Wijnaldum .. the "champions" could only score 1 goal in 2 european ties ... more head-lining from the echo hacks..
CRS> Karius,,,
in general, i get what JK is saying..but, it didn't work with Simon nor IMO moreNO, and cost us a final in Basel, and Karius was prone to errors well before Kiev.. i like Juergen but even he is not "mistake proof" ...?
Nicki Fothergill: (Nicki and 5 others manage the membership, moderators, settings, and posts for Liverpool FC Red All Over The Land. )
> Nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes at some point or another.
We can moan again and again and again ..
Yes ..... Karius did make an extremely bad call with first goal in CL final.
Was it down to concussion .. we will never know 100%.
Is this repetitive wingeing about Karius going to make an iota of a difference where Klopp and FSG are concerned ..... doubt it.
Is Klopp going to knock Karius confidence even more by saying he is looking to buy another keeper when it might not happen ... Never in a month of Sunday’s, he would be stupid too.
Christopher >. agreed, however, without moaning.. I feel its reasonable for supporters who spend their lives on Lfc to ask the question.. its not a dictatorship...(well not really) ;)
there has to be room made for young talent, like Brewster, Woody, Marko & such, those fans that clamour for signings seem to forget that talent Like Trent must be encouraged...
i80705
Mahomed Rafeek Goolam>
( and 65 others joined Liverpool South Africa-Mighty Reds Supporters Group within the last two weeks. )
: He's still young, I am sure Klopp sees something in him, why else will he keep him as our No.1
Christopher> obviously JK sees something in the lad, , but IMO Lfc is not the team where GKs should be tested, and re-tested, and re-tested to become first team players, JK is risking his own reputation on the back of Karius...in the coming season where Lfc are EXPECTED to challenge for Premiere league & CL trophies..
Mahomed : I agree 100%, we need a good keeper, Karius can be no.2, he can learn.
If we are serious about challenging for honours this season, we need a decent enough keeper as our no.1
Christopher : yes its a weak point and every rival team will go for Karius to force errors and every Tv cameraman will be told to look for an error,, every media man will highlight his errors,, huge risk by JK..
i80704
CRS> ? "schmichael (not good enough for Lfc)" Macca must have been joking after JK retained Karius! ;)
welcome Issac Christie, nice words (if you can find the echo article in the middle of pages of adverts?) ..https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/new-liverpool-signing-isaac-christie-14855126 "common goal" charity is a good idea, however... 1(ONE) per cent of a mulit-millionaire such as Mata, (its tax deductable so he wont miss it) ... these guys could afford to give half to worthy causes (if you can avoid the fraudsters)
did he check with the Karius doc... maybe Hendo was concussed from the "columbian nutter" ??? ;)
(missed pen)
i80703
ChRiS> scraped through on pens,,
I am not an england fan, I only went to the sports bar to watch because Lfc Capt. Hendo was playing... although he missed a pen, ... the lad who "nutted" him should have gone with RED, surely , ?
... that ref was a coward, didnt want VAR ... (dont mention it)
we saw a glimpse of the "FIFA VAR room" on... local cable Tv ... ;) england looked so lethargic, for every forward pass they made 10 backwards,,,
and for me although Kane scores pens & is deadly from 2 metres, he is nothing on the ball... when I compare him with Lfc 9 (Firmino) harry looks 2nd rate... and Sourhgate reminds me of Juergen on a bad day, defending a 1-0 ..for me is always a bad idea, just hands over initiative to the opponents,
their fans looked to be having a columbian party..wonder how so many afforded the trip to russia (!) ???? did they bring some business from Bogata with them for the russian market? ...anyway i tried to pretend the english team were Lfc as they wore all RED... but they lacked energy, will have to improve v sweden... i could care less.
p.s. all this holding in the box at free kicks & corners has to be punished by Refs..!!! its ridiculous.///

+++++++++++++++++++++++
... this is something so many Lfc fans dont get, the :midfield engine: has to function, often highly skilled players dont put in the shift that these (and Wijnaldum) did last season, and it suited the front 3 to have an effective link befween defence and attack .. speedy counter-pressing , hounding and fast counter-attacks arent as effective if the midfield wants to show how talented they on the ball, the best and fastest way to play footy is to pass quickly.. especially important when players like sadio & Mo are up front...
Thiago: "Look at Liverpool’s midfield: Henderson, Milner, Chamberlain, they pressed like animals in the Champions League. They ate up the midfield. They were fantastic.”
____________
Billy Whizz > I've never said this before ever...but were gonna win the prem or the CL this year...
not me just spouting ..but we have had no luck really in finals and it's gotta changet. .
I think fekir..will come and 2 more signings. ..one a keeper and a cb or cf..I predict 2019 is our year...we have the best manager since paisley...a great side ..and as proven last season by far the best fans...bring it on asap
Chris> Richard Smith I agree that Lfc are the strongest situation since 09 but best since Bob? .. Joe Kenny & Rafa ! ..when JK wins a major trophy he can be compared... then
Tommy Chinn> (Tommy and 12 others manage the membership, moderators, settings, and posts for (LFC) With Hope in our Hearts) . Think he's better than Benitez and I love Rafa but no way is he a better manager yet than Fagan and king Kenny but Klopp is still only young and plenty of time for him to go on to be remembered in the same regard as such names
Chris > I met Rafa in the netherlands , and followed his training in Switzerland, and attended his presentations, if Rafa had the backing that JK has had, Lfc would have won the league and europe at least a couple of times since 09, when his Red team scared the best in europe.. would have won in Kiev,
his game management is better than Juergen, whom i also like as a man, Shanks is untouchable, Bob learned from Bill, Joe too and Kenny were better than JK, but ,I like the man, and i do agree that JK is still relatively young, however, to be AT the top, Lfc have to stop selling the best players, and therefore boardroom policy has to change, and thats where we and Juergen have to stand up against "USAcorp" policies, IMO!

Monte REd > its a disgrace., almost 30 years to get the scum to answer .... justice delayed = justice denied ..
Peter Mason > Whilst today is another step in right direction, a good friend of mine was at Preston court today. The judge and lawyers will be scouring internet for anything put on social media that could jeopardise this case so please let's keep our thoughts off the internet till this is all over let's not ruin their fight for 29yrs 96 Y..N.W.A 💖💜 please respect the families and survivors xx
Monte REd > sure Peter, but most of what is said by Lfc supporters is already public, be careful that we are not being muted , everyone knows who is to blame, and the establishment would love this all to be hushed and go away quietly with some token punishment... so watch out for their tricks!
Monte REd> its a fecking discgrace that almost THIRTY years later we are talking about "steps in the right direction" they are NEVER going to take the full blame, you need to understand that when 96 of my friends were murdered and our name covered in muck , they will always protect their own... got it?
Pre July.....
Billy Whizz > Morning ian....got no faith in that brazi l manager at all Jesus was white last nite....Bobby had a better season and deserves his place
Chris> If Firm. gets a rest this summer it wont be a bad thing, he worked his socks off in the previous season for the team!
Billy Whizz> yeah Chris that's true for us....but should imagine bobby wouldn't agree ...yeah???
Chris> Sure , he wouldn't ;) but sometimes players need rest and protection despite their own wishes,,, recall Stevie playing for england instead of recovering from minor injuries, even senior players need to take care..

was watching FA cup final video "74
& the support , YNWA sung several times during the game, half time and slowly as it should be , melodic..
* The unfashionable midfield trio Cally, Hall & Cormack outdid the Geordies, versus the stylish players of Newcastle
reminds me how modern Lfc fans clamour for celebrity midfielders when the job has been so well done recently by Hendo, Milly & Wijnaldum
* The players tackled heavily get up and get on with it.. no rolling around,,,
* would have been 4-0 had their been VAR ( dont mention the VAR) ..Lyndsays goal should have stood
* Shanks sitting next to Jore Harvey the Newcastle manager on the bench, orchestrating the movement
* The hounding of the opponents, whioch is now "seen as new" ("gegen pressing") ha ha ha 40 years later
* The REdS combination of route 1 and "continental " passing from the back... was the basis that would win trophies until 1990.
* The travelling Kop " singing "Shankly" and the gerodies chanting too was so clearly heard..
* Commentator (D. Coleman) full of cliches agreeing with every referee decision.
* Macdermot amd Alan Kennedy playing for the geordies
* The most clear cut final win in Liverpool history, IMO.

Christopher >yeah, just think we should wait to see what he does on the field before giving him the "8" shirt, ..that should be reserved for proven players for the team after time..
Billy Whizz > It's a shirt ffs not a knighthood

Tommy Chinn>
Tommy and 12 others manage the membership, moderators, settings, and posts for (LFC) With Hope in our Hearts.
Imagine havin him now in his prime for that 10 role
Christopher > huge respect for him as player and as a man should be!
he could score goals like couthinho, link play like Firmino, had the explosive pace of Sadio and dribble like Mo ..
Tommy Chinn>(Christopher ) Could literally do it all always used to make me laugh when they said he was poor in air he scored a fair few headed goals I can remember. Remember when he went on a bit of a run scorin with his head and at 1st they would say a rare headed goal by Barnes (1 of them at a game I went to at Hillsborough we were losin 0-1 and Barnes just before half time scored header from a corner and in 2nd half McManaman score a beauty curler in top corner past Pressman) and in end commentators and football writers started makin a point of not sayin a rare headed goal by Barnes and it was in media pointing out just how many he scored with his head. Don't know if you can remember mate ? lol
Christopher > nope, it gets a bit foggy , all the games back then , inuries have damaged the careers of John, Robbie , even Owen (although i dont like him as a person) the images that stick in my head .were of course "that night" at the end of the 88/89 season.. that he refers to in the film, the numerous assists (at the emotional cup final that season) in the semi replay, and "doing" forest in the 5-0 when no one could get close (megging Chettle?) and the goal v QPR .. tacking & winning the ball on the lah way then just , somehow gracefully, slaloming through their defence before scoring past seamen! .. you post a lot, but i really appreciated that video! thanks..

Hypocrites ..in the media and the FAs ...BBC rightly protest ,,,about 7 years prison for al jazeera journos, then PUBLICLY and Prejudicially ridicule LuiSuarez , prior to the (predictably corrupt) FIFA investigation.. no fairness or consistency in any media or biased footballing "authority".. they are worth "FA" ,,,this World cup is even more boring than the last, ok, its in "Brazil" and i am sure the parties are great, but... the football makes me yawn. . and of course NO-one blames the italian who was red-carded in that match who could have BROKEN THE LEG and ruined the career of the other uruguayan player...
.. but of course "our Luis" will keep the headlines coming.. ..i DO NOT CONDONE his actions , but he (and OUR CLUB) was more thsn HEAVILY punished in the past whilst players who did similar or even broke limbs got away with low or even NO penalties AND SURELY Man. City should have LOST points fro breaking the rules, its always the same , the media chooses who to crucify and who to favour..and the sheeple and Fan nies just follow the herd,...
this World cup is even more boring than the last, ok, its in "Brazil" and i am sure the parties are great, but... the football makes me yawn..
Ireland,,,the Balkans ,,, Middle east...the former soviet block etc etc people need to solve their own problems, collectively .. and realise that they are all manipulated into killing their brothers & sisters...you are NOT "religious" you are sheeple...and pawns of the few,,,.
...generally everyone can protest, or complain,. but how about knowing SOLUTIONS..if you have them ..tell them , dont be scared..the "leaders" are mostly stupid on this planet,,, ... start by capping property property profits by 20 % (on original cost) and boycotting any price increase, stop inflation= its evil... ban petrol because it chokes y-our air .
THE FIRST thing we should show children are the reasons and details of the UDHR and respect for all people on this planet ...(!) it should not be the LAST thing applied by modern society, most schools only teaches rules not intelligence and original opinion

TC> That performance by Saudi Arabia was by far worse of tournamnet so far Russia were far from exceptional but still wiped the floor up with them. Egypt will batter Saudi Arabia as well I think the real test as I've said is Russia Madgy
Christopher > > sorry for Egypt but for me Mo should not have been risked - he was struggling to be ready.. he is an employee of Lfc first..
Magdy Shebl > When it comes to representing your country you can't say employed by a club, however Egyptians as well as manager value Salah and won't cause him any harm. Beside I'm sure he wanted to play even first game.
Christopher > > Magdy Shebl sure I understand your viewpoint, 1. from a factual and "legal" position he IS "employed" by Lfc, not by Egypt FA , he is legally bound to Lfc, he is emotionally bound to his nation by his own choice.. OF COURSE, Mo is obviously loved and loves his country, but even Steven Gerrard made mistakes playing for england when not 100% and adding injuries which cost us badly in 2009 when we were so close to winning the league
He and Torres missed some games which could have got a few extra points to pip the mancs,, the point i am making is that its not just the players decision, we the supporters give so much to our club, time , energy and emotion (not least to say that I could have bought 2 houses with the money I spent supporting Liverpool all over europe) if a plyer gets injured for his national side WE lose him match after match , week in week out .. we deserve to be protected too.. from players taking risk with their fitness,,, i am not accusing Mo, love him to bits , just making a point that needs to be considered with all players,,, :)

Lfc is a rich club , at the end of the season, pre any new fincial expensitute the NET spend is only around 5 million in 3 seasons.. now a) Lfc are already one of the top 10 richest clubs in the world, b) increased revenue, from league, & from tickets, c) from lfc products (another new outlay for 3 x new kits this summer , etc d) there will be outgoing players , some loans will become sales, d) increased tv income e) around 80 MILLION extra from champions league campaign! .. if they dont get the 2 or 3 extra players needed to challenge at all levels nOW, they never will.. hate to remind you all, but, its THIRTEEN seasons since Lfc won a major trophy... enough of "wait for next season" BS!
i80530
you select a midfield that hasnt played yet in the EPL? there needs to be a transition.. the work that Ox, Hendo, Wijnaldum and Milly out in this season is still under-estimated,.! amazing! ..so If you chose that midfield the bench; will have wonderkid Woodvurn? another CB? Hendo, Wijn, Milly GK, no place for youth internation Solanke.. interesting.. but i dont think so...
Karius has an ego, he drives a big car, with a number LK1 (personal plate) he came to Lfc to make his own fortune,.. he took the posiition of Gk from Simon, who IMO should NOT have replaced my personal favourite of Pepe Reina ..
. I am a supporter of the team,, I have sympathy with supporters AND with the players who gave their best.. i would argue , as I mentioned that Juergen should NOT have put him the position in such a game, but Karius was happy to take the credit if things went well..
. I think of Milly , who worked his socks off through the tournament... and maybe played his last season for Lfc (he will be 33 and u know how young players will challenge him next season) Hendo too .. who fought hard , especially after Mo going off made it harder.. .. Mo...I have deep sympathy much more than Karius because he and we knew that he could have won it for the supporters and the team, Firmino and Mane, who tried to make the difference after Mo s brutal exit... etc ..the young scouser, Trent, and Robbo the "duracell bunny in Red" ran his socks off , all night. every time her has played...
and the supporters , on low income who struggled to get there.. or the ones who now simply cant afford these expenive events..?
they are the ones I empathize with... I wont hate a player or boo a player in Red, but, this lad always has a mistakes in his game, in many games he got lucky, not on saturday though,..
The responsibility must be carried by Juergen, who rightly has been applauded for games at porto v city & roma, but as with Basel, Moreno was a weakness, ... and this time not only did players have to over come the shock of Mos brutal exit, they had to recover from a ridiculously soft give away first goal , at such a vital moment..that Lfc stayed in the game is a CREDIT to those others, especially Mane & Robbo... but i cant support Karius , because we have seen it too many times before... I would rather have given Ward a run this season than either Simon or Lorius! there you go...!

Just so you know, Jurgen Klopp's gegenpressing is the most energy draining and exhaustive systems of all. Even Atletico Madrid can't match it, so it's fair to say, the lads ran their socks off. I was a little nervous about Lovren but he won my heart on the night. And then Karius threw it all away with these two unforgivable blunders.
Nuraini> ( and 2 others manage the membership, moderators, settings, and posts for Liverpool Is Our Oxygen.)
Anurag Roy > you did't get my point, of course Gerrard is different with karius but the impact is just same we lost the title, you think karius not good enough to be our GK because of that mistakes but our best player still can make mistake either, i don't force you to forgive karius and if you think i'm not angry with him you wrong, as i say i would love if we signing a new GK like oblak or Alisson, but right now i just want to give karius my excuse cause i know how it feels to let someone down especially someone you love, and if you don't agree with me it's ok i never force you to get in my way cause everyone have different mind and i just give my opinion
Christopher > Nuraini , opinions are always going to be different, i understand your point, the extreme hatred is wrong, but also Karius hasnt done much to obtain the sort of sympathy someone like Gerrard deserved, Stevie won trophies and game after game for the team , gave virtually his whole career to the club.. Karius hasnt built any credibility so far, despite Juergens faith in him..and Klopp must shoulder the blame for selecting him.... Lorius made mistakes that other GK would not expect to be selcted after ..i minimum of sympathy yet,,, thats all..

+++++++++++++++++++++++
... this is something so many Lfc fans dont get, the :midfield engine: has to function, often highly skilled players dont put in the shift that these (and Wijnaldum) did last season, and it suited the front 3 to have an effective link befween defence and attack .. speedy counter-pressing , hounding and fast counter-attacks arent as effective if the midfield wants to show how talented they on the ball, the best and fastest way to play footy is to pass quickly.. especially important when players like sadio & Mo are up front...

Monte REd > sure Peter, but most of what is said by Lfc supporters is already public, be careful that we are not being muted , everyone knows who is to blame, and the establishment would love this all to be hushed and go away quietly with some token punishment... so watch out for their tricks!
Monte REd> its a fecking discgrace that almost THIRTY years later we are talking about "steps in the right direction" they are NEVER going to take the full blame, you need to understand that when 96 of my friends were murdered and our name covered in muck , they will always protect their own... got it?

Billy Whizz> yeah Chris that's true for us....but should imagine bobby wouldn't agree ...yeah???

was watching FA cup final video "74
* The most clear cut final win in Liverpool history, IMO.

he could score goals like couthinho, link play like Firmino, had the explosive pace of Sadio and dribble like Mo ..
Don't know if you can remember mate ? lol
Christopher > nope, it gets a bit foggy , all the games back then , inuries have damaged the careers of John, Robbie , even Owen (although i dont like him as a person) the images that stick in my head .were of course "that night" at the end of the 88/89 season.. that he refers to in the film, the numerous assists (at the emotional cup final that season) in the semi replay, and "doing" forest in the 5-0 when no one could get close (megging Chettle?) and the goal v QPR .. tacking & winning the ball on the lah way then just , somehow gracefully, slaloming through their defence before scoring past seamen! .. you post a lot, but i really appreciated that video! thanks..

REdNeT just think USA corp stole Lfc for next to nothing from you the supporter, BECAUSE you PUMP your money week after week, month after month , year after year so that a USA biz can build up their asset.. yet in USA stadiums are paid for by the community (tax payers) ..
... what happened to the 3 BILLION quid available in Liverpool for the EUROPEAN capital of culture 08...??? surely if there was any thing that preprsnts Liverpool heritage related to a European fund its 5 times european champions Lfc as also one of the main raesons Liverpool community gets missions of isitors every month month? *2nd only to London!!)

Lfc is a rich club , at the end of the season, pre any new fincial expensitute the NET spend is only around 5 million in 3 seasons.. now a) Lfc are already one of the top 10 richest clubs in the world, b) increased revenue, from league, & from tickets, c) from lfc products (another new outlay for 3 x new kits this summer , etc d) there will be outgoing players , some loans will become sales, d) increased tv income e) around 80 MILLION extra from champions league campaign! .. if they dont get the 2 or 3 extra players needed to challenge at all levels nOW, they never will.. hate to remind you all, but, its THIRTEEN seasons since Lfc won a major trophy... enough of "wait for next season" BS!

you select a midfield that hasnt played yet in the EPL? there needs to be a transition.. the work that Ox, Hendo, Wijnaldum and Milly out in this season is still under-estimated,.! amazing! ..so If you chose that midfield the bench; will have wonderkid Woodvurn?
