Stevie had to carry a team most of the time, and in big games played several roles to win trophies...

but , Juergen , stop bigging up opponents, Shanks used to bring DOWN opposing TOP players and build up his own, Juergen has to prove he can do it in the BIGGEST games, this was as big as Basel & Kiev ..it needed something more.. .make Mane realise he can be as big as messi is claimed , Mo to make better decisions .. Lfc should have played to its own strengths , constant changes of CB are not advised, Joe alongside VVD and Trent at RwB would have caused barca problems, IMO, and if "the Firm" was fit enough for the bench, then start him, because once the damage is done its too late to expect Bobby to rescue the game late on..
headlines about "lessons" make me smile ruefully because this LIVERPOOL team should have already learnt the hard way, THIS tie is where you SHOW you are mature enough to WIN trophies not just challeng..
GO do it, at St James saturday, at Anfield Tuesday and the following ...and PROVE you are worthy to be called CHAMPIONS..and SUPPORTERS ..blame yourselves!
