201128 ... REdNET bootroom, its not footy, Jim, as we knew it, its a VARce...after brighton , pre HOME clean v ajax

Pre LIVERPOOL v ajax  ( empty Anfield  Tues dec 1 #20)

Proposals :  (not predicting)

Bring Rhys in alongside Matip, (u cant "save him for later " , as THIAGO? ...Hendo giving more cover to help over-loaded Neco, & support Mo ...(get him scoring again!) ... Curtis with Gini creating for superMANe...  Bring on DiaO  & Bobby 2nd half and clean out ajax...????????????????????????????????

Thiago, for Hendo , in 2nd half , if his doc cleared his sick note...(something not right /??)

BUT  ..be careful ...last time the cleaners were at anfield we played in away shirts...bad omen..  the curse on fen way is hurting the TEAM!

Opta facts (edited)

  • This will be the fourth meeting in European competition, with the previous three ending in an ajax win, a draw and a Liverpool win.
  • ajax have only played away at Liverpool in the European Cup/UEFA Champions League once previously, with the two sides playing out a 2-2 draw in the second leg of a Last 16 tie in 1966-67 (ajax won 7-3 on aggregate...after the infamous FOGGY game @ amterdam).
  • Since losing their first ever game against a dutch team in European competition ( December 1966), Liverpool have gone unbeaten in 14 subsequent games against teams from the Netherlands (W9 D5).
  • ajax haven’t lost any of their last five away games against English sides in the UEFA Champions League (W1 D4), with the most recent such trip being an entertaining 4-4 draw against chelski in November 2019.
  • Liverpool’s defeat against atalanta ended a run of eight consecutive games without defeat in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League (W7 D1), while the Reds have only once previously lost consecutive group stage games in the competition with JK (in November 2018). and atalanta ...(a sh&te team according to Lfc"daytrippers"_!)

more blah blah from mainSCREAMedia;

the whole ar&es predicting the cleaners to win??

from UNsporting life ;

Liverpool's defeat to Atalanta last time out has certainly made this an interesting contest. The remaining fixtures should mean that the Reds progress to the knockout stages, but their spot at the top is under threat with both Ajax and Atalanta contenders. (!)???

LIVERPOOL won in their trip to Amsterdam but the injury problem has worsened since then. It's also worth noting that ajax's xG in that contest was 1.35; they can consider themselves lucky that the hosts didn't find a way through the Liverpool back line.... (state do not win games ) That victory for atalanta gives (MEDIA) more belief to the idea that ajax can come and get something here. Players are missing for the hosts and Milly may be (IS) the latest name on an increasingly growing list of those absent for the current (  not english ) champions.

The options are becoming increasingly limited and ajax come into the contest in form. Since that 1-0 defeat to Liverpool, they have won seven of their eight games with the other being a 2-2 draw at Atalanta. It is also worth mentioning they beat Venlo 13-0 in the league just days after losing to Klopp's men.

Jurgen Klopp makes his anger clear to the officials after Brighton's stoppage-time equaliser
Jurgen Klopp makes his anger clear to the officials after Brighton's stoppage-time equaliser

Their last four games have seen them scoring at least three in each while conceding just once across that period. Liverpool's front line will be strong but so will Ajax's, and the Reds defence will have a tough task of keeping out the visitors.

The fact remains that Liverpool should have lost to Brighton last time out. They were wasteful with their opportunities, posted an xG of 2.22 to Liverpool's 0.32, but needed a 93rd minute penalty given by VAR to grab a point in the contest.

If you haven't seen it already, Klopp's interview with BT Sport after the game is incredible viewing. The argument between him and Des Kelly about the broadcasters influence on fixtures showed that perhaps the cracks are more than appearing in Liverpool's previously impenetrable armour.

Atalanta celebrate Robin Gosens' goal against Liverpool
Atalanta celebrate Robin Gosens' goal against Liverpool

Whether he's right or wrong is a completely different debate but it's an interview that will live in the Premier League history books. Liverpool have won just one of their last four, things aren't going as well as they would have hoped and the squad is stretched, Ajax couldn't have asked for a better situation going into this game.

They need to go with a positive approach and we can expect that they will. Alongside the goals, the xG figures in their last six domestic games have all been above 2.10. If they leave this contest empty-handed, it will feel like a big missed opportunity for the Dutch side.

Score prediction: Liverpool 1-2 Ajax

SCLOG 201128  ... REdNET bootroom,   its not footy, Jim as we knew it,  its a VARce...after brighton , pre Ajax

ChRiS>  I warned about about "bad karma" as we (scrolls

down) start to make our move to take OVER the LIVERPOOL fc or rather "re-invent"OUR club as it was meant to be before the snarkes got their GREEDY hooks into it..

brighton 0 LIVERPOOL 2  (Mo & DioGO)

or

if u are another fanny / sheeple who obeys the idiocracy  inside & outside of football;; VARce 1 Lfc 1

I stated during the game after brighton missed a pen, Ali B is a terrible pen GK., he "almost always is going the wrong way, but is lucky!"  ..but if only he had stood still for the 2nd..

on the game probably brighton deserved a point, they seemed more hungry, my advice (albeit that I am a massive "PLAINTIFF")

STOP MOANING pre match,  because the fools in the SCUMedfia , or on line or in refs uniform, dont raecxt in apositivre what they are all RONS... MORE than Rons they are EXTRA MORE-RONS! ..

MO seemed p&ssed at being subbed,  is Juergen losing his relationship with the team, Klopp seems more stressed in media conferences & on the touchline, that is the negative of "Teutonic"methods, they are great controllers of a system, technos & engineers, but when the basics change , they dont react so easily, I recall this experience when I was involved in a joint venture with a Uk & a german crew working on a project..the germans knew the manual, were "perfect"but the Brit/celts coped with ODD problems and variations Much better ...

This stuPANDEMNIC will test JK and My pre season bet was on getting "number 7"   one point from this may be enough down the line,  we shall see.. but I favour another final in Istanbul is "destined" over the 2nd phoney league trophy...

(the e,p hell is a plastic / money league)

NECO was naive, for the first pen against , but .... played Ok, I didn't select him to start as I felt he was already too exposed by fan nies and although Nath had a decent gane, I would have preferred Matip against a brighton side that :plays football" although their defender"(White) .. should have had 2 x yellows for 2 bad fouls on Dio GO. who scored the vital (2nd ? ) goal...  Mo having suffered from the VAR deja Vu that managed to rule offside...this is NOT how the game was meant to be played, with remote referees seeking wats to rule AGAINST GOALS with milimetre & re structured computer calculations...  football as with much of this IDIOCRACY is ruled by ACCOUNTANTS "bean counters) who are accurate but dont understand LIFE or FOOTBALL!

I understand WHY Mo was angry.... Diogo at that time had done very little(other than score.!)

IMO   .. MO had scored , was very much involved , & come close early on, Jota had a weak pass for one of the 2 chances wasted in the first 5 minutes could have settled the game for the REdS..

Hendo made the difference on at H-T ... Fab was excellent,  Robbo was stifled by the home side overloading to block his runs

.. Tako worked hard but for me, (as with Naby) still hasnt transferred his talent to the "big league"..

and WHERE THE FECK IS THIAGO,  is JK saving him as a Xmas present..?

as the stupid fanny-sheeple wet themselves because "BLOwJO" s fascisTORY govt might ällow" 2000 fans in to the next game at Anfield... my guess is that (as Jk was too quiet at the press conference)

clearly (as they dont really care about our support..) Fen way are NOT ready ..but anyway with 3 spaces between seats about 13/15,000 could be ällowed" but neither they nor your Govt could organise a proverbial "P&ss up in a brewery"

Lfc MotM ? shared between versatile Milly, calm Fab & old-fashioned Nath... ? which really says that sharing the points even after all the stupidity, was (about) s correct even share of the points... hope this means a win v ajax. the REdS need to clean them out,... :)
