REdNET update LIVERPOOL v wHatford & ..you would sack JWH ...IF he was a football manager

FIVE.... nil...!

I so wanted a BIG performance from the REdS! ...and..

due to the poor TV selection, where I am based the broadcast was delayed until after the La Liga so-called "classico" ..
I was downing FIVE glasses of local REd Vino , and half-watching their game , and Luis scoring a hat trick just reminded me of sh&te Lfc-feckSGroup transfer politics that resulted in Suarez and the best Lfc players leaving during the USAcorp regime ... Juergen may succeed in SPITE of the boardroom sharks...

LIVERPOOL turned on the "full throttle" last night , watford opened up the game , and a multitude of shots rained in on their goal, if the REdS had taken half the chances it could have been 10.. I had a feeling yesterday that manciteh FRAUD klub might struggle against wham, and whilst almost all the critics were dissecting Lfc, the blue mancs have only scored 1 goal in 210 minutes of football against the 2 london sides ...

this morning some of the sports media failed to mention the 5 goal thrashing , disposing of the "banana skin" .. predicted by foolish pundits & fickle fsg cloned fan nies..

Trent started lively and by the end of the game had , i think 3 assists, down the right he contributes a lot of creativity lacking on sunday, Milly almost scored , with a block on their keeper! (and idiots still claim he is "too old" ) he is a great Pro... and one of the fittest in the squad...

Mane scored a great header and a lovely back-heel both times Sadio just beat the off -side trap from Trents crosses...

Origi put in a big shift, "doing a Bobby" and scored like Mo! - who also worked hard and hit a post...

Fab, Gini, Robbo, .... combined well, defended tight against a watford side in excellent form, and "fancied" by the bookies.. to cause LIVERPOOL problems...

i have been moaning a bit myself that our CBs dont get enough goals from spot kicks/corners.. well VVD got TWO ...so thanks for taking note,, ha ha ..

Trent, excellent, I said to someone last night , imagine being a 20 year old scouser playing in a top of the league team now..

NO Major trophies since 2006 ... the sharks just build up their assets and sold best players, and failed to retain Stevie too.. added USA sponsors, the main sponsor is a discredited bank,

who all profit from the Lfc customers worldwide, increased ticket prices, more corporate seats at Anfield, less core supporters .. only this last year (2018) have they SPENT inline with having a TITLE challenging team..

instant Match reaction... the "stats" will show a fairly equal game,

but IMO the away team looked the most likely for most of the game..

fan nies will moan, but LIVERPOOL are top of the league.. and in the hands of the Team

\losing Firm early on, hurt Lfc more than the home side..

we at REdNET wanted a more attacking formation , but no discredit to Matip who played more than a reasonable game, and although he light have done better with a header,, its a recurring failure to score from all the many free kicks and corners Lfc get and got in this game..

lanu had all 3 subs on by the close of the first half, and perhaps JK coud have injected

fresher players earlier into the 2nd half... but TOP of the League is hardly a :disaster" as some might be moaning about.. the final pass often too laboured or delayed, & "wayward"

manu defended their goal well... and their super Pogba failed to make a mark, .. neither side made clear chances, and the home crowd , in full voice didn't unsettle the LIVERPOOL team,,

as I said to someone after the game.. a team contending the title would take that against a manc team in "revival" Lfc defence and midfield won most first & 2nd balls. if there is a criticism .. Mo & Mane are "world class" players and expected to take the game in their hands...

the final pass/shot wasn't there today.. for me Gini was again excellent on the ball,

pivotal .. Hendo will be punished, but this was a game needing a differnt set of tactics..

we at REdNET wanted VVD partnered by Fab with Hendo, because , although Matip had a decent game, I felt we could have forced the game with Fab playing as a mobile CB would have given more to midfield and allowed NK to link with the front 3 better than we did,,,

Mily & Robbo gave their all, however as with the others , the final pass, cross, was predictable.. VVD was his usual dominant self.. Studge , who needs service unable to crack their defence, and Shaq added too late to do the damage,,

having said all that.. LIVERPOOL are TOP of the league, and IF we can win our remaining games ..are champions...lets see what you are made of.. 190224ChRiS

IMO JK should select the strongest available 11 at OT sunday..

Fab was exceptional in his defensive work and tackling in vital areas inside the box, (we know the mancs will look for pens at their shack)

Last night Hendo was in top form... therefore , as I have been saying that the LIVERPOOL CBs need to contribute more , bringing the ball forward and contributing to the midfield...I would therefore play VVD back WITH Fab and Hendo making a strong defensive triangle in front of AB..

this would release Gini, and NK to surge forward supporting the Fab 3 and push the lesser mancs back .. play as if LIVERPOOL are the home team..

IMO , although Firm gave a good shift , why not start a fully fit Studge ? I know ..its easy in hindsight, but for me NK was almost there, and therefore the brave choice would have been leaving him on and adding Milly for Hendo ..

give the sh&te bayerische credit for playing from the back "mostly" AROUND the expected Lfc pressing , Neuer seemed too fecking arrogant for my liking...and JK needs to attack them in Muenchen because they arent great BUT did their job this time..

...sadly when the away side failed LIVERPOOL players were not sharp enough to punish them which questions the wisdom of 2 "mini breaks" as the team didnt look "in sync" tonight ..not surprising when playing our 5th choice CB pairing ...and yet Fab did so well ..as the much acclaimed levendowski had no clear chances..

0-0 is not a disaster as the lads can beat them in Muenchen. perhaps needing to win or at least get a result at OT ...

bayern are the german mancs and i hate them almost as much .. but defended their box well, strangely the best chances fell to Matip (2) apart from when Mane scuffed his shot in front of goal.. IF that had gone in..

LIVERPOOL , if ever start to convert chances more effectively will win games by a cricket score... now comes the BIG game on sunday...
