Lfc is a rich club , at the end of the season, pre any new financial expenditure, the NET spend is only around 5 million in 3 seasons.. now a) Lfc are already one of the top 10 richest clubs in the world, b) increased revenue, from league, & from tickets, c) from lfc products (another new outlay for 3 x new kits this summer , etc d) there will be outgoing players , some loans will become sales, d) increased tv income e) around 80 MILLION extra from champions league campaign! .. if they dont get the 2 or 3 extra players needed to challenge at all levels nOW, they never will.. hate to remind you all, but, its THIRTEEN seasons since Lfc won a major trophy... enough of "wait for next season" BS!

2. as my academy for 11 to 15 years old kids is not supported at Katun, I have suspended the project until august , and will consider alternatives
on a personal note, i was disgusted by the attitude of your guests last saturday - as it was supposed to be a joint birthday & football party, they were not even introduced to me, and brought their own food, which was not shared. Also several people associated with me at Katun, simply did not bother, to come or reply.
so I feel I must limit my association here. for the immediate future, at least.

I no longer "promote" couchsurfing or any other such project, mainly because of commercialization and in some cases abuse of hospitality.
If yoiu wish to have an excellent & funny experience and "share life" as the original CSing slogan was... I will do my utmost to make that happen , I am not a "local" I have hosted more than 200 econimy travellers , backpackers & HHers in recent years..95 % had a great time...
I have a "mini-hostel, which sleeps 6 people , I prefer singles, 2 s or 3 s .. I enjoy having female guests (simply because I spend most of my winter with men , as I manage a football academy "start up" and watch live games.. hosting ladies, is fun for me because we can discuss a range of subjects , (non macho) and also socialize , i like to dance ;) easier....
... all you have to do, is give me a few days advance notice so that I can organise my calendar & schedule ...and share some of the "Monty highlights"
swlming off the boat on skada lake, rafting ion the north, the stunning views of Tara, the rain forest at Biogradska Gora, .. coastal resorts, such as Kotor, Bar, Ulcinj, and beautiful Boca Bay..etc etc etc...
If you enjoy food and drink, there are many non expensive alternatives with excellent scenery to enjoy (if your host is not enough, ha ha ha) ...

"stepping back" ... ! well, IMO , people should slow down, especially as (their) obsession with "western (USA) life" makes everything seem like "fast food living" a lot of activity, with little effect, slow down, pull yourself out and "take stock" ..that means .. see yourself and the people around you more clearly, a good exercise (one u can also use with yr kids) draw a picture (or paint) of the world, and yourself,
then once a week stop, breathe, close your eyes, and try to see yourself from "above" (or below ha ha ) make a vision in your minds eye of who and where u are (i dont mean geographical location) ask yourself, what effect am i having, am i doing good? what is working and what is not, and that doesnt mean just being "happy" in a selfish way, it means being honest, we are all part of one...
so if u are"happy" at the expense of the rest of the world ("universe") then its not going to last long..or be really rewarding to your spirit ..
in other words , imagine you are the film director of your own story ... are u happy with the script, or the role of the people in your "story"? .. u can suggest they (the other "actors" , camermen etc ) improve, but do it in a way that challenges them and asks questions..
Richard (Branson) isnt a bad lad, but he hasnt been as lucky as me, I have experienced much more (the "system" , the alternative, and .....my dimension..too) but whilst u are not yet ready to understand all, u still have time to do that.. in HONK kong? or...
I started a weekly "accademy" with 2 local girls , one a singer and one is training to be lawyer.. they already have trouble to "understand" as I challenge their culture and the culture they are being "conditioned" with... and now they are "too sick" to come to meetings...
funny? ... i only had 10 days in my whole "adult" life (apart from the coma) when i was "too sick" to attend or go to a meeting ..anytime or anywhere..so...u see its all about your own film, u will not be sick when u are at ease, u will want to wake up when u are doing the right thing, and dont care about the reward, do the right thing, because///........it IS the right thing to do!
