OUR proposals ;
* That with AB just having a short pre season and showing a few edgy moments ... Kells had more prep time
and looks sound enough to start saturday. having said that, either GK start as at this time...
* Centre backs ; everyone wants to see VVD play, but there may be a massivea under-estimation of the process of full return!
almost a year out, the physical, mental & emotional affect must not be rushed,, the blue mancs underestimated norwich a couple of seasons ago (and lost there!)
* Kounate (we call him KonG, because he looks like a KING..type of player, he looks imposing...had a GOOD pre season and
Joe looked sharp in the last friendly , together they have pace and strength... why risk VVD? ... Matip has also done well
but Joe is above him in our selection choice..
* Sadly for him and OUR TEAM, Robbo is out, he is one of the worlds most effective wing halves, and shall be missed,
Kostas looked capable against Osasuna and linked well with Tako & if that can hook up well with MANe too, its posiitve,
if he can sharpen his defensive game too, we have a more than adequent back up... Trent on right.. enough said? ;)
* Milly was man of the match in almost every pre season game, and just shades selection in front of Fab, for similar
reasons (see above) , also had a short pre -season... OX has put in a lot of effort and I feel this midfield is better
with a player who can shoot from distance.. and he can! Tako looked sharp in both games he played , scoring twice !
* Bobby is at his best when there is atmosphere...and he was on fire v Osasuna, the chance also of re-igniting the "Fab 3"
is too good to avoid, and Mo looks keen and hungry for goals.. whilst MANe looks like the player back at his peak
(as in 2019) .. Diogo on the bench if one of the 3 gets tired... maybe Bobby also with a short pre-season..
Matip for defensive cover, and Naby (or Curtis) if Ox or Tako need replacement..after 60 mins..

you might easily decribe it as PARADIE!
beautiful & often stunning scenery ...clear water lakes.. mountains evertwhere and a coastal line.. not yet (not yet)
over built with hotels & tourist traps... and Tara canyon itself is worth the visit with a turquise coloured river
running the length of the northern part of the land...
Just a couple of hours drive south and you could be swimming on Lustuca Bay, in clear emerald green sea water ... (mind the rocks)
or diving off a "kingfisher" boat during a tour of Lake Skada into warm & fresh water ... you can see the Albanian mountains from the lake on a clear day!
Dont go hiking through the green forests though , the "advised" walkways / hiking paths dont exist...are over - grown ..no one walks here..
cars everywhere... if you do not have your own, you taxi.... even the teenagers of my youth football teams some years back got ferried to
training.. by their parents until i got them "on their bikes"...
I walked from Miriste/Zanjice to Rose on the Lustica bay several times, I was the only person walking.. and the path down to Rose
(the last 2/3 kms) was overgrown and difficult to use , even with boots I wouldn't recommend it, and I tried it the first time wearing
flip- flops...

During a discussion about local mentality MY Taxi driver at the time (Borko from Spuz, who emigrated to germoney)
