only one shot in the first half already at 0-0 should have told JK to act there and then... at half time 
and IMO VVD might have been carded for the blatant push which caused injury, it may have upset VVD too seeing the lad being stretchered of,, because , he like most of the players "disappeared"..  although they started the 2nd half "better: (it couldnt have been much worse) (Doucoure outstanding for them although deeney could have been sent off too)
