one thing, that even kids can grasp I hope, is that without Bill , the current Liverpool fc would not be the global icon., with an estimated 30 million plus..on the net..
Shanks took a 2nd division out fit by the scruff of the neck and MADE it though his relationships with players and OUR SUPPORTERS..
