not many TRUE KOPites still exsist ourside of OUR REdGEMnet??...AFTER yet another meltdown by the fickle fan nies as Fab (arguably having played most of this season as the best CB in the league) there is an outside case for playing the 2 NEW CBs at the KP ..I like Nath but i dont think this game suits his style, if vardy seems to be fit, he will probably try to play on the shoulder of the last CB and run him for pace..   so  I go for an adjustment to the selection made earlier this week, and play a virtual  3-3-2-2 formation;  (yes the GK is the same! he dont deserve the sh&te thrown at him, but neither did Adrian last season !!..)

OX and Origi on at 60 mins...and go for it..at empty KP stadium..  but its probably too late fot this,

 expected to be a tough game, the corresponding fixture last season, was for me, probably the proof of the CHAMPIONS quality of the REdS just after winning the world CLUB trophy...

but ëxperts"are backing the midland blues... however having a week to prep, I would hope for a FRESH squad and IF Ozan (over Davies) because of his pace (v Vardy?) has been "trained in to the CB role"  then I would place Hendo as "protector" (holding/quarter back role, as for me THIAGO is not the "marketed "solution to the possible dearture of GINI)

STILL no SUPPORT which is the greatest LOSS to the TEAM , as stated before the season, we would struggle without the 12th man, this TEAM peaked in 2019 (unbeaten 12 months) and I anyway believed the 7th in Istanbul should be the best trophy to lift...                       

The "momentum" of a TeAM is important , the understanding and the "winning ways" need consistency to make consistent performances..  we wrote about this 2 seasons ago.

It would have taken a brave person to predict that Leicester would sit above Liverpool in the table after 23 games. It's not that the Foxes are a bad side, far from it, but Liverpool were so dominant in the Premier League last season that it looked like they would lead the way for a couple more years at least.

Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak joined on deadline day and there is a chance one could feature here after Liverpool were convincingly beaten 4-1 by citeh at Anfield. The form over the last ten games has the Reds sat in 12th while Leicester are 4th over the same period. Given the contrasting form of the two teams, it's a surprise to see leicester, who have now welcomed vardy back from injury, as big 5/2 outsiders for victory here. Just one of their last 13 games in all competitions have ended in defeat; Liverpool's record over the same period has seen five losses.

For Liverpool, that run mentioned above saw contests against City, Tottenham and West Ham and the higher goals line was hit.
